Recently I purchased a pair of studs from Josco, Bangalore. The staff was very couteous and professional. After the purchase, on my way home, I found a defect in one of the ear ring. I went back to them and they fixed it for me at no extra charge. Also, they are very transperant in their dealings. Good job! Way to go!!

Recently I'd been to the Josco Show room at Kochi. I was treated very well by the staff and the overall ambience was very condusive for jewellry shopping. I was impressed by the range of the gold jewellry and ended up buying a lot more than i had originally planned for. The overall experince was indeed very pleasant.
